I stopped by my local Citrus Heights, Ca JCP Salon this morning where the month was kicked off with free kids haircuts and fun activities including coloring, boardgames, movies, and a balloon artist. Buddy
absolutely refused to get his haircut (despite many talks about it
beforehand), but we still joined in the fun and festivities. We arrived at 10:30 and by the time we left an hour later there were tons of kids rolling in!
