Mother-ease has been manufacturing cloth diaper systems using 100% green power in their Canadian production facility since 1991. They certainly aim to be eco-friendly and socially responsible, along with keeping their strong commitment to offering reliable, leak-free cloth diaper systems to their customers. Their exclusive, custom fabrics also allows Mother-ease to consistently offer the highest quality materials for their cloth diapers.
Mother-ease is excited to introduce their new Wizard line of cloth diapers. This line features the Uno, Duo, and EasyStuff to accommodate every parents' preference. You can choose from the All-in-One, All-in-Two, and Pocket, all with a very similar style. I'm excited to share our experience with the unique Wizard Uno diaper.
The Mother-ease Uno Diaper is one of only a few All-in-One diapers I now rotate in my regular stash. I tend to gravitate towards pocket diapers because they dry fast and the absorbency is easily adjusted with just another insert or booster. This diaper, however, has unique features that have made it the first diaper I grab for night time use.
You can see that this diaper is not designed with the absorbent inside material completely attached to the waterproof PUL. It is not attached in the middle of diaper as you can see below. This allows for a more thorough wash, faster drying, and also for very easy access to add more absorbency. Big hands will have no problem stuffing extra inserts and boosters with this diaper! It's definitely the most unique yet very effective feature I've seen in a cloth diaper to date.
One of the best parts about the large opening in this diaper is that you don't need to un-stuff the diaper before washing. It will agitate out with ease because the opening on the sides are so large!
This diaper's design also creates 2 gussets from the elasticized inner and PUL outer, providing for an almost leak-proof barrier. The soft binding on the entire outside edge of the diaper wicks away moisture too, keeping everything inside the diaper.
The Stay Dry inner is very soft, and really keeps Buddy's skin very dry. It's much better at keeping him dry than micro fleece that is commonly used in pocket diapers. It also seems to keep him cooler and less sweaty that our other pocket diapers. I've tried to figure out the exact material used in the "Stay Dry" inner, but haven't found an exact answer. It feels synthetic to me, with maybe bamboo in the middle? Either way, it's effective, thick, drys relatively quickly, and is one of my favorite materials for absorbency and moisture wicking so far.
It's so effective, that it truly is my favorite night time diaper at the moment. I get a little sad when I reach for it and realize it's in the wash! Although the absorbency is great for day time, I do add a hemp insert at night (and slip it in very easily I might add!). I've had very few night time leaks (which is amazing!) and those times are just when the diaper is literally over flowing and completely full of pee. Buddy still LOVES his water at night, so I'm glad I have a cloth diaper option that works well for us and helps me avoid having to wash the sheets every day!You do get a somewhat trim fit with this diaper. However, I feel like the diaper goes up quite high in the back, and sometimes the back and waist rolls inward because of the thin elastic. This may have been avoided if the waist trim were thicker. Thankfully I haven't had an issue with major red marks or skin irritation from the material rubbing on his skin. The extra height of the diaper does give you more material absorbency, and it doesn't bother me too much because I prefer this diaper for night anyway. That means no one has to see the diaper coming way out of his pants! :) The fit around the legs is really great though, and the elastic curves comfortably around his chunky thighs for a snug fit.

The Wizard Uno is offered in sizes XSmall, Small, Medium, and Large and their cost is on the higher end. Due to the cost of needing a full stash in each size, this isn't your most cost-effective option. Because I prefer these at night though, I can get away with needing just a few of these. If you are looking for a one-size Wizard diaper to maximize your budget and still experience this unique design, check out the EasyStuff style.
Price: The Mother-ease Wizard Uno is $23.50-28.95, depending on size
The Verdict: This is a wonderful night cloth diaper for us, and the easily adjustable absorbency is a major bonus!

I've always been kind of intrigued by this diaper, since the first time I saw a review for it. But we're a single-income family on a very tight budget, and I just can't justify spending that much on a single diaper unless I already KNOW I love it. I wish I could win one :)
These are cool. If I ever had a child, I would definitely like these. They do look like they would be great products.
What an adorable diaper! I love that they are manufactured with green power, too! It would be great to try these!
I had never heard of this brand. After struggling with another leading brand (and eventually giving up), I'm hesitant to try cloth diapering again...but maybe with the next baby :)
I cloth diapered my kids with bum genius and looking back, this diaper seems to be a lot easier to assemble, maintain and wash!
These are so cute! I love that you don't have to unstuff, too.
I'd love to try one of these! I love that there is no unstuffing!

thank you for reviewing these diapers:)
The print is so cute! All of them are actually. I have the rainforest rikki wrap and it's adorable.
