I clearly remember growing up and always having dinner together as a family every night - times that I cherish and remember well. I'll admit that my little family is not good at getting around the dinner table together on a consistent basis. We do spend a lot of quality time together doing other activities we enjoy like mall walking during the week in the evenings, and grocery shopping together as a family, but meal time is something I'm working on. Sometimes increasing the amount of meals we eat together is as simple as just eating simpler, natural, easy-to-prepare foods like those from McCain Potatoes.
