I love a delicious sandwich, but it can be hard to get that same satisfaction from gluten-free sandwich breads. I must say that Rudi's Gluten-Free is definitely the closest in terms of taste and texture compared to gluten-laden breads, but they're taken it a step further with a new line of softer, fluffier Gluten-Free Sandwich Breads! I can't wait to try them!

I'd love fluffy gluten free bread, but it also needs to be yeast, soy, dairy, egg, and corn free, a tougher challenge. I haven't tried Rudi's yet and wonder whether I could.

It would be nice if you pointed out this entry is US only. Or perhaps I missed where you do?...
