Have you cooked with quinoa yet? I just recently discovered this amazing super food and have been searching for tasty recipes to start including it more in our diet. It's has a similar texture to rice, but is more nutty and round in shape. Here are a few recipes I found!
Veggie Quinoa Bites - I've made these and they are fabulous! Full of flavor and packed with healthy ingredients, these are probably best served as an appetizer...but we ate them for dinner. :) Seriously, I was so surprised by this recipe!
Black Bean and Sweet Corn Quinoa Salad - YUM! Super easy to make and so good for you!
Creamy Quinoa Primavera - another easy one and looks delicious! I'll be making this sometime this week!
