A Round-Up of Daily Deal Sites & Online Stores that Offer a Sign Up Credit

I love finding new daily deal sites and online stores, but what really gets me interested is when they offer an incentive to sign up and shop with them. I'm sure I'm not the only one so I thought I'd compile a list of daily deal sites that currently offer a credit or code of some sort to get started! Now I know there are lots more out there, but many are very new and aren't quite "worthy" of making my list yet!! :)
