Add to that the fact that all the bars are non-GMO, contain no soy or dairy, are gluten free AND are loaded with protein, fiber and iron, you can count me in!

GoodOnYa was very kind in sending me their Sample Pack of 3 bars to try.

Breakfast Bar: This bar tasted really nutty and fresh. A little plain, but filling. You can really taste and smell the raisins, which gave a little touch of sweetness. The chocolate is barely noticeable (I like my chocolate!).

Peanut Butter Chocolate: This bar has more of a chewy, moist texture. Very sweet and I like the strong peanut butter taste this bar has with little morsels of chocolate. This was my favorite. :)

Peanut Butter Honey: This was the sweetest bar of the three. Also has a chewy, moist texture. The peanut butter gets a little lost in the honey flavor. This bar has a nuttier taste than the Peanut Butter Chocolate bar.

Overall, I was pleasantly surprised with these bars. After all, they aren't baked so I was a little doubtful that they could taste so good. Of course they are 100 times better than your classic super market granola bar that have 50 ingredients. In GoodOnYa bars, I counted 10 ingredients (or less) on each wrapper. They would be a perfect snack for your purse, or a quick breakfast on the go.

A lot of "healthy" bars out there aren't too tasty or even healthy, so I'm impressed with how well GoodOnYa bars were able to achieve such great tasting combinations without the use of fillers and other junk. I'm really hoping they come out with new flavors in the future. Maybe one with even more chocolate? :) If they do, I want to be the first in line!

The Verdict: This small company is growing on me! You can tell that GoodOnYa cares about providing it's customers with the best bars possible. The bars taste great and don't taste too healthy, even though they are. While the price may seem a little steep, you are getting a nutrition bar packed with real, organic foods that are super good for you.
