Last weekend I co-hosted a Bridal Shower for my soon-to-be sister-in-law!! I just have to share the dessert my mom made. My mom no longer uses cake mixes or frosting in a can. She makes it all from SCRATCH! I swear, she needs to open a gourmet cupcake shop. They were AMAZING! She made chocolate ones too. Oh. My. Gosh. Talk about piece of heaven!
Growing up in a home where I ate like royalty (yes, that's right!) with homemade meals and goodies all the time, this didn't totally surprise me. My mom has a knack for this sort of stuff. I'm proud of you Mom!!
